You can quickly import your caseload information into Kit using a CSV file (i.e. spreadsheet)!
✨ Getting Started
First, you’ll need your caseload information in a spreadsheet. Here are a few ways to do that:
-
The easiest way is to download your caseload information from your online IEP system.
-
Not an option? Try copying and pasting your caseload list from your online system into your preferred spreadsheet (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers).
-
Create your own spreadsheet with your student information.
Short on time, and just want to dive right in? Download this example CSV file!
Once you have a CSV file, click the 'Import Spreadsheet' button in the center of the page.

Step 4: Import Data
Your Caseload will then be uploaded into Kit! You can now view this info within the ‘Student Grid’ page.
* Please note: If you ever need to import an additional spreadsheet with new students, simply click the upload icon located in the upper right corner of the Student Grid.
