Although we recommend archiving students who are no longer on your caseload vs. deleting them, there may be instances that you need to delete a student, session event, or calendar that you no longer need or added by accident.
Please note: Deleting data is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
To delete students in the Caseload tab, follow these steps:

Select one or more rows by checking the box beside each record on the Students, Schools, or Teachers page.

Click the "Delete" button near the top of the page.

Check to confirm that you would like to delete the selected data.
To delete an event in the Calendar tab, follow these steps:

Click on the scheduled event in your Calendar and then select 'Edit Event'.

Click on the red 'Delete' button in the bottom left corner and type in 'permanently delete' and click 'Delete' again.
