✨ There are 3 easy ways to add Events to your Calendar:

  1. Click the 'Add Event' button in the top right corner

  2. Double-click a date or time on the calendar interface

  3. Right-click a date or time on the calendar interface

✅ Pro-tips

  • Calendar events default to 30 minutes, but you can edit the duration by clicking on the drop down menu to select 15 or 20 minutes if needed.

  • Make sure to add students to your event to take data/notes during Instruction

  • To start instruction from the Calendar page, click on the event and then Go to Session.

  • If you need to reschedule instruction, click and drag the event on the Calendar to the new date.

Follow these steps to make an event repeat:

  1. Under the start/end time fields, click on the 'Does not repeat' drop down box and select a repeatable option from the list.

  2. Select how often you want the event to repeat (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom).

  3. Select whether you want the repeated event to be ongoing, end on a specific date, or end after a specific number of occurrences and save the event.
